We'll repair your sofa, even if you didn't buy it from us.

Can I have my Stressless reupholstered?

Yes, this is possible. It depends on the condition of the sofa; for example, the foam must still be in good condition. Our technician will evaluate each sofa individually.

My pillows are worn out—what should I do?

In some cases, we can replace the cushions on your sofa. The price depends on the model.

How much does a repair cost at your shop?

This depends on several factors;

- the condition of the seat
- the type of seat
- the type of work that needs to be done

We request price quotes for the items from Stressless. We then calculate the labor hours at €75, including VAT.

Is it worth repairing my couch?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. We determine the price based on the necessary parts and the number of hours of labor. In some cases, this can add up to a significant amount. However, we do offer a special discount if you’d like to purchase a brand-new sofa.

How many years of warranty do I have on my Stressless?

  • 5 years on motors and batteries
  • 10-year warranty on the frame/mechanism
  • 2 years based on working hours

To be specific: if there’s a problem with the frame after 7 years, you’ll receive the parts for free and will only have to pay for the labor. Even if you didn’t buy the chair from us.

We will send you a detailed quote with no obligation.

Step 4
If you agree, a technician will come to your home to perform the repair.
