Return Policy

1. Returnable Items:

   • Only unused and undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
   • The product must be returned in its original packaging and with all accessories.
   • You must submit a return request via our contact form before returning the product. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   • The following categories of products cannot be returned because they are made to order:

     • Sofas
     • Home Office Chairs
     • Dining Chairs

Refund Policy

1. Refund Procedure:

   • As soon as we have received and inspected your returned product, we will send you a confirmation email.
   • Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within a few days.

2. Shipping costs:

   • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless the product was delivered defective or damaged.
