Terms and Conditions
When does the price guarantee apply?
We're keeping it simple. There are only two conditions, and they apply both in-store and online.
- It's exactly the same StresslessSame model, same size, same base, and same upholstery. A Mayfair in fabric is a different product than a Mayfair in leather.
- You have a quote on paper or via emailWe’ll ask the other seller for the document so we can compare like with like.

Why Prices Vary
The Stressless price list contains the manufacturer's suggested retail prices from Ekornes. These are gross prices: each retailer is free to set its own retail price and run its own promotions.
That's why the same chair can have a different price at two different locations. With our price guarantee, you don't have to choose between the best price and the store where you can test every model.

Your questions about the price guarantee
How does the Stressless Store price guarantee work?
If you find the exact same Stressless (same model, size, base, and upholstery) for a lower price at another retailer, we’ll adjust our price. To do so, we’ll need the other retailer’s quote: show it to us in the store or include it with your request.
What do you mean by “exactly the same Stressless”?
The same model in the same size, with the same base and the same upholstery. The price of a Stressless depends heavily on those choices, so only an identical version can be compared.
Does the price guarantee apply if I order online?
Yes. The price guarantee applies at our stores in Leuven and Antwerp, as well as online. Submit the quote using the request form, and we'll send you an updated price.
What proof do you need?
The quote from the other seller, whether on paper or in digital form. It must clearly state the model and version.
Why don't all Stressless dealers have the same price?
The Stressless price list contains suggested retail prices. Each retailer is free to set its own selling price and promotional offers. That is precisely why we offer a price guarantee.
