Yes, we deliver all products ourselves. We have our own technical service team that handles the deliveries. Jorgen, our technical manager, has nearly 30 years of experience with Stressless!

No, unfortunately, this is not possible. Every purchase is custom-made at our factory in Norway. For that reason, we cannot accept returns on online purchases.

To avoid making a bad purchase, we recommend that you come to the store.

The average delivery time is 8 to 12 weeks. For a chair or recliner, it’s usually 8 weeks; for a sofa set, it’s usually 10–12 weeks.

You can pay via Bancontact, credit card, or bank transfer. Cash payments are only accepted at the store in Leuven.
