The Stressless® Mayfair comes in three sizes—S, M, and L—so that the seat height, seat depth, and backrest size are tailored to your body type. A seat that’s too low or too deep can put even more pressure on your lower back. When you try it out in the showroom, we’ll work with you to determine which size is the best fit for you.

Classic — the classic round wooden base with a timeless look.
Signature — a metal base on a round wooden foot, 3 cm taller than Classic.
Cross — a modern aluminum cross-base with a sleek, contemporary look (3 cm higher than Classic).
Office — a swivel office chair base on casters, height-adjustable, with wood accents. Available only in size M.
Power™ — electrically adjustable at the touch of a button; the footrest is integrated. Available in sizes M and L.

Controls & Upholstery. Choose between manual (adjusts automatically with your body movements via the Glide-system™) or electric (Classic with Power™, available in sizes M and L). For the upholstery, choose from leather (Batick, Paloma, or Velaro) or fabric (including Daisy, Aster, Magnolia, Bloom, Lilly, Holly, Azalea, Marigold, Calido, and Dinamica)—each available in multiple colors. The wood is available in eight colors, stained with a water-based lacquer; the metal is available in two colors.

Comfort & Materials
High-quality materials that last a long time
The Mayfair offers exceptional seating comfort thanks to its softly padded cushions and high-quality materials. It features a durable steel frame, contoured to the shape of your body, with flex springs that provide a high level of comfort and even weight distribution.
The backrest and seat cushions are made of high-resilience cold-molded polyurethane foam and retain their shape well, featuring ComfortZones™ and a soft finish. The wood is certified with an FSC or PEFC label; the wooden parts are made of laminated beech wood and are available in eight colors.
Will you choose leather or fabric? Leather looks luxurious, is easy to care for, and lasts a long time. Fabric often feels warmer and offers more choices in color and texture. For maintenance, there’s a Stressless® Care Kit for both leather and fabric.

What is the difference between the models?
The main differences lie in the sizes and the base: Classic (classic round wooden base), Signature (metal base on a round wooden base), Cross (modern aluminum cross base), Office (swivel chair on casters, size M only), and Power (electric, with integrated footrest). The seating comfort and patented systems are the same across all models.
Can the Stressless® Mayfair be adjusted electrically?
Yes. In addition to the manual models, there is the Classic with Power™ version, which features the Power™ system for motorized adjustment at the push of a button. The manual models automatically adjust to your body thanks to the Glide-system™.
What Mayfair size do I need—S, M, or L?
That depends on your body type. The Mayfair is available in sizes S, M, and L, so the seat height, seat depth, and backrest will fit you perfectly. When you try it out in the showroom, you’ll receive advice on which size is best for you.
Should I choose leather or fabric?
Both are possible. Leather looks luxurious, is easy to maintain, and lasts a long time; fabric often feels warmer and offers a wider range of colors and textures. In our showroom, you can feel both and work with an advisor to decide which one suits you best.

Since every Mayfair is custom-made for you in Norway, the delivery time is approximately 8 weeks. When you purchase online, shipping is free in Belgium and the Netherlands.
