Business Orders
Are you placing an order on behalf of your company? If so, you can do so with 0% VAT.
All prices on our site include 21% VAT. If you are a Dutch company with a valid VAT identification number, we can invoice your order as an intra-Community supply with 0% VAT, in accordance with legal requirements. You will then need to report the VAT yourself on your Dutch tax return.
- What do you need?A VAT number that is valid in the European VIES registry and a shipping address in the Netherlands.
- How does it work?You request a quote using the form or by email, and we’ll send you an invoice without sales tax. Online payments always include sales tax.
- Not sure if this applies to you?Ask your accountant. We’ll check your VAT number in advance and verify whether the delivery qualifies.

Yes. You can customize your Stressless chair online and check out just like you would at any Dutch online store. We offer free home delivery anywhere in the Netherlands. Stressless Store is an official Stressless dealer and operates the only two official Stressless stores in the Benelux—in Leuven and Antwerp.
How much does shipping to the Netherlands cost?
Nothing. We deliver recliners, sofas, dining chairs, and office chairs to your home in the Netherlands for free. You pay the same price as our customers in Belgium.
How long will it take for my Stressless to arrive?
Please allow 8 to 12 weeks. Stressless custom-makes every order according to the model, size, base, and upholstery you choose. As soon as your order is ready, we’ll work with you to schedule delivery.
How can I pay?
You can pay online using iDEAL | Wero, Klarna, credit card, or bank transfer. If you're placing a business order, you'll receive an invoice.
Can I place an order for my business without paying VAT?
Yes. Our prices include 21% VAT. If you have a Dutch company with a valid VAT identification number, we can invoice you as an intra-Community supply with 0% VAT, subject to the legal conditions. To do so, please request a quote using the form; online payments always include VAT.

Stressless’s suggested retail prices in Belgium and the Netherlands are very similar; you’ll see the price of your model right away when you customize it online. If you find the exact same Stressless model cheaper elsewhere, our price guarantee applies: show us the quote, and we’ll adjust our price.

Stressless custom-makes your order just for you, in the size and upholstery of your choice. You can read about what you can return and under what conditions in our return policy. If you’re unsure about the size or comfort, please ask for advice first or come try it out.
What kind of warranty do I get in the Netherlands?
You have the same two-year legal warranty as with any purchase made in the European Union. If you have a question or a problem after delivery, please contact us by email or phone.
